Westgate and your leaders are committed to investing in your development and growth.  The Manager-in-Training (MIT) Program will prepare you for new and exciting opportunities at Westgate.

The MIT Program application consists of two parts.  During the first part of the process, the selected applicants will have the opportunity to submit an essay to further demonstrate why they should be selected to participate in the MIT Program.

Each applicant will write their essay during a designated session, at a selected date and time, in-person, real-time.  The sessions will be monitored by proctors to answer any questions and insure the essays are being written during the session.  No papers or internet access may be used during the essay writing.

The second part of the MIT Program application process will consist of in-person interviews with multiple managers.
